Making music for the people. A founding member of the reggae band Rootz Underground, Charles Lazarus is also one of Jamaica's top house music DJs.
He collaborates with the Hot Steppa Sound System for his different events in Jamaica, from intimate DJ gigs in Kingston - to private villa parties on the North Coast.
